Refund & Cancellation Policy

Navrit runs on pre-paid credits purchased by a dealership (“Dealer”) from Navrit AI Private Limited. Credits are spent only when a billable outcome is delivered.

1. Credits are non-refundable

Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you top up, the balance is yours to consume on outcomes. We do not refund unused credits on cancellation — there is no expiry, so you keep your balance and use it whenever you are ready.

2. Cancel anytime

There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. You may stop using the service at any time; any remaining credits stay on your account for future use.

3. The one exception — genuine errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, a failed top-up that was still debited, or an outcome billed incorrectly — write to support@navrit.ai. Our accounts team reviews each case, and where an error is confirmed we issue a refund for the affected amount only.

4. How approved refunds are processed

Where a refund is approved, we initiate it from our side within 3 business days. Including your bank and our payment partner’s processing time, the amount typically reaches your account within about 2 weeks.

5. Digital service

Navrit is software — there is no physical shipping. “Delivery” means an outcome registered in your dashboard.
